A heads up for Comox Valley seniors!
The first ever Seniors Boot Camp is being held at the Berwick Seniors centre from October 6th to the 8th.
RCMP Constable Don Sinclair says this will not be a physical course, but more geared wards information sessions on a variety of subjects wanted and needed by seniors.
RCMP say there will be a requirement for signing up for this camp and there will be limited space.
Registration will be carried out later on this summer with more details on how to register to be released at a later date.
