TSB released a report on the 2019 Campbell River Helicopter Crash

The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report on the 2019 fatal helicopter accident in Campbell River.

The report says that the helicopter lost power during the flight and then the main rotor blades failed during an emergency landing attempt, causing the helicopter to crash.

The accident happened during a flight from Campbell River Heliport to Moat Lake in the morning.

The pilot was the only one on board.
