RCMP seek public assistance in finding suspect

The Comox Valley RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a person who is suspected of stealing from a local business.

A thief stole more than $100 dollars worth of merchandise, according to the RCMP.

Media Relations Officer Cst. Monika Terragni says the person may be linked to a black Honda fit.

“Investigators are releasing surveillance footage of the suspect with the hope of identifying them and moving forward with the investigation,” said Terragni. “This suspect may be associated with a black Honda Fit.”
