Some Comox to Powell River Saturday sailings to be cancelled for next 3 weekends

Some Saturday afternoon sailings between Comox and Powell River will be cancelled starting this weekend for training.

BC Ferries says crews will be doing operational readiness drills on the Salish Orca on Jan. 7, 14 and 21.

Both the 3:25 p.m. sailing exiting Comox and the 5:15 p.m. exiting Powell River will be cancelled on those Saturdays.

The 7:10 p.m. departure from Comox will resume the sailings.

BC Ferries is thanking their passengers for their patience.
