One man is in hospital and another was arrested after a car crash led to an assault in Comox.
Comox Valley RCMP say the confrontation happened on Jan. 13 at a gas station on the 900-block of Aspen Road. They say a man allegedly assaulted the driver of a vehicle involved in a minor crash at the location.
Comox Valley RCMP media relations officer Cst. Monika Terragni says the driver of the vehicle sustained injuries and is still in the hospital.
Terragni adds the investigation is continuing and more updates may be provided as it develops.
