Ace Brewing wins bronze medal at Canadian Brewing Awards

Courtenay beer smiths Ace Brewing have won another medal for their craft at the 2023 Canadian Brewing Awards.

Their Cold IPA wowed the judges for a bronze finish in the Specialty IPA category, coming short of two Alberta breweries: Endeavour Brewing Company Ltd and Village Brewery.

“Congratulations to Canadian, B.C. breweries and especially our Vancouver Island breweries, we rocked it,” said the brewery in a Facebook post after the awards.

Other Vancouver Island breweries in the competition included Twin City Brewing Company from Port Alberni, Hoyne Brewing Co. and Île Sauvage Brewing Co. from Victoria, Ucluelet Brewing Company, and Sooke Oceanside Brewery.
