A parade in Cumberland will give you the chance to party this Halloween.
The annual Hallows’ Eve Parade will feature dancing in front of the Cumberland Cultural Center starting at 4 pm.
The Village says that at 4:15 pm, you can head out en masse to take part in the parade, which includes pop up dance parties.
The parade will run from 4 to 5:30 pm on Halloween.
