Comox Valley RCMP confirm a drug trafficking investigation is underway, after police recently stopped a vehicle in the City of Courtenay.
RCMP Constable Don Sinclair says the RCMP Drug Section has been brought in to investigate, after a large quantity of drugs were seized, including Crystal Meth.
The male suspect has been held in custody pending future court proceedings, while the female was released.
The investigation continues on that recent drug bust in Courtenay.
