Summer camp registration to come on April 15

Starting mid-April, you can register for summer camps.

The Comox Valley, 19 Wing Comox, and local recreation centers are putting together full day and specialty camps for once summer kicks off.

For 19 Wing, they will offer STEM, Creative Kids and Outdoor Explorers! Camps for both the military and members of the community.

Cumberland Recreation will have eight camps. Two of them, Explore the Wild Camp and Junior Explorers, are full-day camps while Outdoor Climbing, LUSH Valley Young Cooks, Tiny Pencil Studios Art, Little Ninjas Gymnastics, Soccertron, and Balance Biking are specialty camps.

Comox will see Camp Comox, a hands on farm, sports, sailing, computer, arts, and fencing camps. In Courtenay, camps include brick quest, jedi training camps and jr. Iron Chef.

For the Comox Valley Regional District, they have ongoing registration for not only camps but also swim lessons and other classes.

Registration will come in on Monday April 15.
