Miracle Beach Provincial Park is getting some upgrades.
Comox Valley MLA Don McRae says the $150,000 will be used to upgrade the gate house. McRae says part of the upgrades will be making the gate house more accessible for those with mobility challenges.
McRae says this is also a good reminder that parks throughout the province are for everyone.
McRae says Miracle Beach is a jewel in the provincial park system and he hopes the accessibility upgrades will allow more people to enjoy the park.
