COURTENAY, B.C- Highway travelers through the Courtenay area may want to adjust their driving times this week.
A notice from Emcom Services Inc. has stated the 17th Street Bridge will be shut down from December 12, until December 13.
The closure times will run between 9:00 p.m. and 4:30 a.m. on both days.
The repairs will shut the bridge to all traffic during those times, in order to repair bearings on the structure.
