Be prepared to reschedule your next bus trip, as multiple bus routes are cancelled in the Comox Valley today.
BC Transit says because of a shortage of drivers, a total of 20 bus trips will be missed. Route 1 between Comox Mall and Anfield Centre has the most cancellations with 11 missed trips.
Other missed trips include Route 3: Comox Local, Route 11: Downtown to Airport, and Route 4: Comox Mall to Driftwood Mall.
Transit adds that seven trips are cancelled this afternoon, starting with Route 1 at 2:25 p.m., and ending off with a Route 4 trip at 5:11 p.m.
BC Transit apologizes for the inconvenience.
