SPECIAL FILM SCREENING

A special screening of the documentary film Nanekawâsis will take place at Stan Hagen Theatre, North Island College (2300 Ryan Road, Courtenay) on Saturday, October 4. This NIC Artist Talk Series event is a collaboration between North Island College’s Fine Arts Department and the Comox Valley Art Gallery, who continue the longstanding tradition of working together to support artistic practice of emerging and established artists from the region and further afield.

Doors open at 1:00pm, and the event will start at 1:30pm. A reception and Q&A will follow; the director and artist will be in attendance to give a short talk and respond to audience questions.
