Cumberland looking for feedback on Urban Forest Management Plan

Cumberland wants to hear from you on its Urban Forest Management Plan.

The purpose of the plan is to help the village manage and preserve its urban forest so the community can enjoy the benefits of trees now and into the future.

The village also says community input and vision for the urban forest will play a huge roll in the direction of the plan.

The plan will look ahead from 2020 to 2040.

The village is taking community input until next Friday and says it only takes about six to eight minutes of your time.

The results of the survey will be shared with the public for further input and presented to council in early 2020.

A link to the survey can be found here.
