COURTENAY, B.C- The Comox Valley Regional District board has voted to deny an application by 3L Developments Inc for a new settlement node.
The company had been looking for a settlement node to be added to the district’s growth plans on lands near the Stotan Falls.
In a meeting this evening, which grew heated at times, the board voted 6-4 to deny the company’s application.
