Child Development Association gearing up for annual telethon

The Comox Valley Child Development Association is gearing up for its annual telethon.

Executive Director Joanne Schroeder says the online silent auction is now live. She says some of the money raised will go to operational costs and the rest will go toward a major capital project.

Schroeder says the association is looking to add 1500 to 2000 square feet to its building.

The telethon goes November 6th at the Sid Williams Theatre. More details about the telethon and Comox Valley Child Development Association can be found through the organization’s website.
