The Comox Fire Department is looking for new members.
Fire Chief Gord Schreiner says they’re looking for 6 new recruits to start training in April.
Schreiner says the ideal candidate is someone who is committed and dedicated, between the ages of 18 and 50, male or female.
Schreiner says being a firefighter is very rewarding and a great way to give back to your community.
