It is a done deal! Legal action launched by the Union Bay Improvement District against the Comox Valley school district has been scrapped after both sides came to terms on an agreement.
Earlier on , UBID bought some land from the school district, but subsequently took legal action as the property contains a restriction limiting its use to educational facilities.

District 71 has now agreed to purchase the land back from the Union Bay Improvement District, but no word right now on what the property will be used for.
