On Monday, November 20th, the Comox Valley RCMP located a deceased male in the woods near the 800 block of Willemar Avenue in Courtenay.
Constable Rob Gardner says the male was identified as a 34-year-old Courtenay resident. Police say the death appears to not be suspicious at this time.
The BC Coroners Service has taken over the investigation.
