In photos: Royal Lepage Snow to Surf

COMOX, B.C- The Comox Valley was crossed by runners, skiers, bikers, kayakers, and canoeists today.

A total of 117 teams came to the Valley, starting off at the top of Mount Washington and heading down the mountain, crossing Comox Lake, and eventually paddling up the Courtenay River through to Comox Harbour.

98.9 The Goat was following the race throughout the day.

Biblio Taco held the lead for the majority of the race.

Biblio Taco’s roster also included Stephen Lamon (cross-country ski), Carl Tessman (kayak), Ryan Mader (stern canoeist), Scott Commandeur (1st leg runner) Graham Cocksedge (2nd leg runner), Eric Rush (uphill/downhill skier), Don Gilmore (road cyclist) and Carter Woods (mountain biker).

Greg MacDonald put the team together at Biblio Taco, but was unable to compete in the race.
