CAMPBELL RIVER, B.C. – An extreme water level bulletin is out for Campbell River.
This is due to the elevated risk of flooding in exposed coastal areas.
The bulletin was issued to advise the city of marine water levels.
Storm Surge BC released a summary of water levels. Green indicates low risk, yellow is moderate risk and red indicates elevated risk of flooding.

Storm Surge BC was originally a joint program between the BC Ministry of Environment and the federal Department of Fisheries and Oceans. The program’s objective is to provide six day forecasts of storm surges and total water levels.
