Comox Valley water parks closing for the season

Both Courtenay and Comox have said the season for outdoor water parks is coming to an end.

The water parks will be closing as Stage 3 water restrictions are introduced to the valley next week.

The Town of Comox says its Marina Park Splash Park will close for the season next Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Courtenay says its water park will close on Monday, one day before the restrictions take effect.

Stage 3 water restrictions will be introduced throughout the Comox Valley on Tuesday and will stay in place until September 27th.
