BUDGET LIKELY ON THE WAY IN MAY, ELECTION A GO FOR OCTOBER SAYS LOCAL MP
Earlier we told you the feds put their 2015 budget on on hold, after global oil prices plunged in recent months.

The Conservatives put the brakes on tabling their new budget, hoping oil prices might stabilize or edge upwards.
Meanwhile despite widespread media speculation, the feds have no plans to make the call for an early election–at least according to the Conservatives Party Whip and local MP John Duncan.
The MP says the fixed election date is set for October 19th and that is not about to change.
